Health5Star is an online telemedicine platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for secure virtual consultations, prescriptions, lab tests, and ongoing medical care.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or of legal medical consent age in your region)

• Provide accurate and truthful personal and medical information

• Agree to comply with all platform policies

3. Our Services Include

• Virtual doctor consultations

• Electronic prescription management

• Partner lab testing and home sample collection

• Insurance and pharmacy integration

4. Provider Disclaimer

All doctors and medical professionals are licensed independent practitioners.
Health5Star facilitates secure connections but does not replace in-person care or emergency medical services.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

• Subscription plans (e.g., monthly teleconsult access) renew automatically unless canceled.

• Insurance coverage, if applicable, is verified before billing.\

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

• A consultation was canceled or not completed due to a technical error

• A payment was made in error or duplicated

Refunds are not issued for completed consultations, prescriptions, or lab orders.
To request a refund, contact billing@health5star.com within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Health5Star is not liable for:

• Provider decisions, medical outcomes, or clinical advice

• Technical disruptions beyond our control

• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of login credentials

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:

• False or fraudulent information is provided

• Platform abuse or harassment occurs

• Terms of Service are violated

These Terms are governed by applicable digital health and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
