4.2 Eligibility
Refunds for: Services not delivered as described, technical issues, duplicate charges, cancellation within timeframe.
4.3 Timeframes
Coaching/Consultations: 48 hours before session. One-time services: 24 hours if not commenced.
4.4 Request Process
Contact Hr@Health5star.com with order number, reason, and documentation. Review in 3-5 days.
4.5 Processing
Refunds processed in 7-14 days to original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
